Preservation Brew & Brine Co

Our unique brew and brine cafe brings you old world fermented beverages, pickled products, cheeses, cured meats and a selection of oils and vinegar infused with our own homegrown herbs and spices. You can also enjoy a number of craft and homesteading classes, in our workshop room, to bring the artisan out in you. We hope to have the cafe completed in 2026 to make our group classes more comfortable. In the mean check out our Youtube show Preservation Pantry to get your ferment going. In our GrassRoots Grocer Shop you will find our choice local products and DIY ferment kits.
